PolicY
Our salon requires a deposit of 50% of the service cost at the time of your booking. For any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by call, text or email.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel before 24h, your deposit will be refunded in 10 business days. If you cancel after 24h for any reason your deposit will NOT be refunded.
NO SHOWS
We will charge your card on file the full service amount.
ARRIVING LATE
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule, out of courtesy to our artists and clients. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in losing your deposit and you will be required to pay another deposit to book a new appointment.
FILL-IN
Recommended every 2-3 weeks considering the after care. Must come in with 40% of lashes remaining, otherwise it will be considered a FULL SET.
*We DO NOT accept fills from another salon.
CORRECTION
If you have any issues or concerns after your services is completed, please inform your technician.

LASHES FALING OUT
If your lashes are falling out for any reason, you have a 3 day period after your appointment to come to fix it with no charge. If you do not contact us after 3 days, you will be charged a full services.

MAKE-UP
Please come to your appointment without any eye makeup, to allow your lash tech to finish your set in a timely manner. Lash baths will be a $20 charge.

DIRECTIONS: Please note if you are using iPhone GPS, sometimes the directions can be off and send you to a different town with the same address. It is BEST to use Google Maps when driving to our Dundee location.
